| Blueberry
Yogurt Pie |
1 pre-made
graham cracker crust

2 eggs
|
3 tbps sugar
|
1 cup blueberry
yogurt
|
3 tablespoons
lemon juice
|
1 tsp vanilla
|
2 cups blueberries
(fresh)

| Mix all filling
ingredients, except blueberries, until smooth. Place berries in bottom
of pie shell and pour in filling. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees
Fahrenheit until crust is browned and custard is set. Chill well.
Garnish with fresh blueberries and mint. |
