Blueberry Yogurt Pie

1 pre-made graham cracker crust

2 eggs

3 tbps sugar

1 cup blueberry yogurt

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups blueberries (fresh)

 
Mix all filling ingredients, except blueberries, until smooth. Place berries in bottom of pie shell and pour in filling. Bake 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until crust is browned and custard is set. Chill well. Garnish with fresh blueberries and mint.
